Catherine is a licensed therapist, revered relationship coach and yoga teacher. She brings 15 years of experience to empowering individuals and couples to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her strength, grace, and fiery personality keep her client’s coming back for more of her unique blend of inspiration, encouragement, and comfort.
Sarah has been teaching pilates for 20 years. Although classically trained, Sarah has worked in contemporary settings and her studies have allowed her to enjoy the integration of many disciplines into her repertoire. Being a mother to three (plus two) energetic boys is her greatest life's work and she is grateful and proud to be able to support her family, with her partner Davidson, by doing what she loves every day. She continues to find inspiration in the study of the human form; the anatomy of its physical structure, the awareness of the mind, and the ability to simultaneously affect them both. Sarah believes in the importance of mobility; the strength of stability; and the power of joy. She works on the premise that habits are the rituals that structure our lives; and through honest reflection and repeated practice, truly anything can be achieved.
Meshai is dually licensed and certified in both Trauma Therapy and Sex Therapy. She believes in the power of living as one’s authentic self, and the freedom that comes from changing perspectives. She loves putting the puzzle pieces together of a couple's sexual energy and aiding them in positive and explorative movement.

Kelsia is a firm believer that when you know and love yourself, your relationships will take off.
